Each product page and checkout will show the return or exchange conditions that apply to that item before you place an order. The applicable policy can vary by product, seller, condition and warranty.
Something arrived wrong?
If an order is incorrect, damaged or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and clear photos. We will review the situation and explain the available next step.
