If you have shared personal information with Ambo and want us to remove it, send us a request. We will review it and confirm what can be deleted under our legal and operational obligations.

How to request deletion
Email info@ambo.lk from the address or phone number connected to your request. Include enough detail for us to find the relevant conversation, but do not include passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes.
What happens next
We may need to verify the request so we do not remove another person’s information. We will delete information that can be removed, or explain why a limited record must be retained for legal, security or dispute-resolution reasons.
