We want you to understand what happens to information you share with Ambo. Ambo is currently in its launch phase, and this website is not processing orders or payments at present. We will update this notice as our store, services and customer processes become available.

Information we receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. Basic technical information may be recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and available.
How we use it
We use information to reply to you, respond to support requests, share updates when you ask for them, and protect our services from misuse. We do not use your information to build a marketing profile without a valid reason or the permission required by law.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that host the website, deliver messages or help us operate Ambo. We keep information only for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected, or when a legal or operational record is genuinely required.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a genuine dispute. Email info@ambo.lk and tell us what you need.
WhatsApp and assisted support
If you choose to contact Ambo through WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp and Meta’s terms and privacy practices. Please do not send passwords, payment PINs, one-time codes or other sensitive credentials.
